Main Floor:  

• Like a good colonial style home, the main’s floor focus is the patio, surrounded by art-covered corridors that lead onto all other main rooms. 

• Two plush bedrooms with a. queen-size bed each and its own bathroom.

• The living room features iconic textiles and a cozy fireplace, perfect for sharing and spend-ing memorable evenings.

• The formal dining room is adorned with a baroque table that seats ten, making it the perfect place to host a formal dinner party or a family gathering.

• El Descanso – Del Calvario’s special room, a place in and space for stillness and reconnection. In this Zen space you can find a remote office, a spot to seclude and enjoy a good hobby or host a wellness / yoga session.

• The kitchen is designed for cooking enthusiasts, equipped with all the latest appliances, making it easy to prepare hearty meals for your loved ones. The kitchen’s pantry opens on-to the spacious patio, perfect for alfresco meal or enjoying a cup of coffee on a sunny morn-ing.

Second floor:

• The rooftop terrace is a serene oasis, with a jacuzzi where you can soak up the so called “eternal spring”. The terrace is also adorned with a diversity of flowers and in-house herbs garden.

El Calvario neighborhood is infamous for its church, the only one in the entire city that has endured the two strongest earthquakes of the last three centuries. The best way to get around is walking as you’ll find a magic behind every other door. Parking can be a little complex, so its recommended to leave the vehicles at home and enjoy a tuc-tuc ride instead or Uber.

We love furry friends! We understand they are part of the family, and that's why they are welcome. We allow a maximum of two (2) dogs and/or cats under 30lbs each, with a fee of USD$30 for each. Please note:

- Your pet must be supervised at all times, taking care of the facilities. Leaving them unattended in the house is not allowed.

- They are not allowed on sofas, beds, or other furniture. Sometimes their paws may be dirty, requiring extra cleaning.
